This page lists every cookie and similar technology (such as browser storage) used on keystone.the-best.uk, what each one does, and how you can control them. It applies to the website only. The Keystone app on your PC sets no website cookies.
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
__Host-ks_session | Keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary. | 30 days, or until you sign out |
ks_in | Says only "signed in", so pages know to show your account name. Contains nothing else. Strictly necessary. | Same as the sign-in session |
__Host-ks-oauth | Protects the Discord sign-in from forgery while you sign in. Strictly necessary. | 10 minutes |
ks-consent (browser storage) | Remembers whether you allowed analytics, so we don't ask on every page. | 12 months, then we ask again |
ks.* (browser storage) | Settings you choose in remote access, such as motion. | Until you clear them |
| Vercel Web Analytics | Counts page views. Sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Only runs if you allow analytics. | Not applicable |
__Host-ks_session, ks_in and __Host-ks-oauth are only set when you sign in. Without them, signing in wouldn't work or wouldn't be secure. You can block them in your browser, but then you won't be able to sign in. Signing out deletes the session cookies straight away.
If you allow it, Vercel Web Analytics counts page views so we can see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies or store anything on your device, and we remove query strings and fragments (the parts after ? and #) from addresses before anything is sent. Vercel's own policy is at vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy.
Press Privacy choices at the bottom of any page to allow or refuse analytics at any time. Refusing takes effect straight away. Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months, then we ask again. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal and don't ask.
You can also delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Help for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
If we add or change a cookie, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If we ever want to use a new kind of non-essential cookie, we'll ask for your consent first.
